This place was mind-blowing! The property was perfect for our group of 7, with enough beds for everyone. The response to our radiator problem on Christmas Eve was super impressive. The location was great, just a short walk into town. The house was well-equipped, quiet, and even had a Christmas tree. It was a jaw-dropping break for my family.

Very nice value for money with a spacious, well-equipped hotel that easily accommodated our group of seven. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the town center, and the staff were pretty good, even fixing a radiator issue on Christmas Eve. The Christmas tree in the hotel was a lovely touch.
Morning meal could have been improved with more variety and options.

The property was nicely presented with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy lounge. the location was perfect, a short easy walk into the town center, and yet far enough for some quiet time. there was a small play park for young children just behind the property, which was a great advantage.
Despite paying for free cancellation, the deposit was deducted immediately and the balance was deducted early. the online system to pay for damage insurance didn't work, and there were some minor issues with the property, such as dirty socks, marks on walls, non-functioning jets in the downstairs bath, and no washing machine.

This cozy townhouse was a perfect fit for our large group of 7. It provided ample space and had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy lounge area. The location was convenient, just a short walk into town and we even had a lovely view of the boats from the house. The addition of a Christmas tree was a nice touch and added to the festive atmosphere.
We did encounter some minor issues during our stay, such as a shower/bath tap that didn't work and a broken boiler which left us without hot water or heating for one night. The TV also didn't work as per the guidelines provided.

Lovely stay! Free WiFi - I could browse Instagram all day. And a flat-screen TV for binge-watching my favorite shows. The nearest airport was just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Plus, there was a garden to pretend I had green thumbs. Such luxury parking my car for free!
Oh, where do I begin? Towels, so useless, they were provided.

We got great value for our money at this hotel, with a spacious and well-equipped room that easily accommodated our group of 7. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the town center, and the staff were really good too promptly fix a radiator issue on Christmas Eve.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if they had a wider variety of options available.
